There is still time to sign up for the NASA 4-D Executive Space Programme, which runs from 9-13 November 2026 at Space Park Leicester.
The space sector is changing rapidly, creating opportunities across new technologies, commercial markets and international applications. But the industry lacks executives with the leadership expertise to guide the innovation of tomorrow.
To address this need, the University of Leicester and industry affiliates, including ESA Prepare for Space project delivery partners AstroAgency, are delivering the NASA 4-D Executive Space Programme, which combines two specialist courses to help professionals build both space-sector literacy and leadership capability.
The five-day course brings together the ‘NASA 4-D Leadership Program’ (2 days) with Space Park Leicester's technical and strategic space-sector course, the ‘Executive Guide to Space’ (3 days).
Delivered at Space Park Leicester, the course explores high-performing teams, space engineering, regulation and governance, along with the strategic importance of commercial space.
The two programmes form a complete executive experience whereby participants gain the technical and strategic literacy of the space sector alongside the human leadership system NASA relies on to build high-performing teams under pressure.
There are a few remaining spaces on this course, but time is short with the course due to take place from 9-13 November 2026.
